01The brief

Civic Strategy Partners advises companies on GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts: offers, modifications and pricing. It is run by a former GS-1102 contract specialist, and it sells judgment.

Its readers verify before they inquire. This is the second version of the site for the same client, and it was staged behind a passphrase for his review before it took over the main domain.

02What I built

Credentials where a buyer looks

A federal buyer checks a vendor before calling. The footer carries the practice’s UEI, CAGE and NAICS codes beside its service-disabled veteran-owned small business certification.

The footer: the seal, “Civic Strategy Partners” with its UEI, CAGE and NAICS codes, and the SBA SDVOSB certification badge.
The footer, as a contracting officer sees it.

Motion without a seam

The gradient wave behind the page drifts across a canvas larger than the screen, so the loop never shows its edge.

“Results That Speak”: a client testimonial on a navy card, with arrows to the next one.
Client testimonials, in the same navy and gold.

Inquiries go straight to him

The contact forms hand every inquiry to the practice the moment it is sent, through the site’s own server, so nothing waits in a shared inbox.

The hero on a phone: “Fractional GSA MAS Advisor”.

On a phone, 390 pixels wide.

Identifiers, not adjectives
The credibility work went where a federal buyer actually looks: the codes they would otherwise look up themselves.
A wave that loops cleanly
The gradient animates its background position across an oversized canvas, so it never jumps at the seam.
Reviewed before launch
The new site ran behind a passphrase gate while the client reviewed it, then took the root domain.

04In their words

“You’ll be hard pressed to find better value anywhere. Ryan’s pricing is very fair for the product he delivers, and he’s very communicative and responsive.”
